I make sure we build things the right way. At Opentecc, I own the technical direction — from architecture decisions to code quality to the engineers on the team.
Expertise - What I focus on.
- Architecture. Designing systems that hold up under real-world load and changing requirements.
- Engineering Leadership. Setting technical standards and helping the team grow alongside the product.
- Code Quality. Fast is fine, but sustainable is better. I push for both.
- Technical Strategy. Aligning engineering decisions with where the product is going.
- Performance. Finding and fixing the things users feel but rarely report.
- Delivery. Shipping reliably, without piling up technical debt in the process.

Simple beats clever
The best solution is usually the one the next engineer can understand without a walkthrough.
Own the outcome
Shipping is everyone's job. I don't consider something done until it works in production.
Build for change
Requirements shift. Good architecture makes that manageable instead of painful.
