Opentecc is a software and technology company. We build new products from zero, recover projects that have stalled, and modernise systems that have outgrown their foundations — and we build our own products alongside that work, which keeps our engineering grounded in real operating reality.

What we do

We do two things at once, and they make each other better.

We build and operate client software. Full-cycle delivery from idea to production. Project rescue when previous teams haven't delivered. Modernisation of systems that have aged out of their original design. Dedicated engineering teams when our clients need ongoing capacity rather than a one-off build.
We build and run our own products. Running our own software means we know what it costs to ship, support, and scale — not just deliver. That experience flows back into how we build for clients.

Our home is Agadir.

A coastal city on Morocco's Atlantic edge, where the sun shows up almost every day and the ocean is never far. It's calm here. Slow in the right way. The kind of place where good thinking happens — and good software follows.

We don't believe great work comes from pressure. It comes from clarity. Agadir gives us both.

Morocco. Our engineering HQ in Agadir, where most of the team works. We can also engage through a local Moroccan entity when that suits the client.
United Kingdom. Opentecc Ltd, registered in London — our default home for international clients.
Japan. Engineering, remote.
