- Discovery. Talking to users early and often, so we build the right thing.
- Prioritisation. Knowing what to say no to is half the job.

Start with the problem
A well-defined problem is already half solved. I spend more time here than most people expect.
Clarity is the job
If the team is confused about what to build or why, that's a product failure — not an engineering one.
Ship, then improve
Waiting for perfect is usually just waiting. I'd rather get something real in front of users and learn from it.
